Program Support Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication with students, monitor class attendance, and track submission deadlines.
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, offering beverages and creating a welcoming environment.
- Professionally answer incoming calls, taking clear messages and directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Remind faculty members about class schedules and requirements.
- Maintain classroom and teaching aids as needed.
- Provide in class and online support during CTH classes.
- Maintain frequent communication with students to ensure that assignments are completed on time and to maintain an 80% attendance rate.
- Ensuring all materials and training rooms are prepared prior to training/classes.
- Assist in conduct of the CTH Examination
- Assist in organizing Tutorials
- Assist during the site visit of NAC, GOAL or other agencies
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, generating reports and setting up meetings.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
- Provide training support/registration at seminars and trainings.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations.
- Assist with calendar and email management as needed.
- Coordinate and address building maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma and Business Administration or similar field.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient with computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
